The 2009 Simulated Emergency Test will be held on Saturday, October 3. The description of the scenario is available here.
There will be a resource net at 0945 on 3.932 MHz. Each district and each net should send a representative to this resource net. Counties should not send representatives to this net.
Traffic to the SEOC should be passed through an HF net or via packet. Counties may wish to identify a representative to one of the section nets prior to SET. The VHF nets will provide liaisons to the HF nets.
The SEOC will be monitoring 146.58 as well as CONVerse channel 911. SEOC will also monitor 3.563 when QMN is not in session. It is anticipated that 3.932 will be busy with phone nets for most of the exercise.
